I started the year with selecting new words of intention for the shops this year: JOY and HAPPINESS. It was important that we not only chose the words, but live them out in everything that we do.

We believe in filling our store—and your homes—with items that spark pure delight. As a family business, we're all about creating smiles and sharing moments of joy. Whether it's a beautiful wedding gift that starts a young's couple life together or a piece of decor that brightens your day—we're honored to be part of your journey towards joy and happiness this year.

The Hughes Home: Fresh Beginnings

Sometimes you know it's just time to give your tired home some love! After scouring magazines, Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration, Stephen sent me a picture of a dark chocolate and creamy room. Weirdly, I loved it! Usually my house is beaming with color (and yes color is in definitely in style)---but this go around we are going all cream and cocoa! Follow us as we embark on the journey of refreshing the beloved Hughes Home. We'll still be bringing our touch of Southern hospitality to every nook and cranny just with a more neutral backdrop. Spring Styles and Trends from Apparel Mart

Our quick trip to Apparel Mart was so much fun, and we've ordered all kinds of the freshest spring styles just for you. Greens are still ruling the color category, but neutrals also made an appearance. Dresses and matching pants/tops sets were huge, and we've curated a collection that'll have you stepping out in style.

A good basic is like the perfect biscuit—it goes with everything and never disappoints. Let us show you the wardrobe essentials that have become our go-to pieces. They're versatile, timeless, and oh-so-charming—just like you! Our two staples that every wardrobe needs is 1- Able Denim Jacket 2- Our Buttersoft Tank. You can mix and match these two pieces with so many outfits! The tanks are sized XS-XXXL and Able is sized XS-XL (we can special order XXL & XXL just let us know!). Two lovely pieces that are truly outfit game changers.
