  • How to use our Shopping Cart?

Fill it up ladies and gentlemen! We love pretty things and so do you…just remember we guarantee our products. If you don’t love them, neither do we! Send them on their way (but our guess is that you will love all our favorite things). Please note our returns policy, so they do make it back to us.

  • Can I create an online account?
    • We love shopping that is simple and fun. Create your own YP account for easy login & shopping. You may also want to join our email list to be the first to know about happenings and savings at Ye Peddler.
  • Can I order by Phone?
    • Ye Peddler would love to hear from you! We offer customer service from 10-5pm CST, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 10-4pm CST. Please give us a call at 931.388.8888. Personal Shoppers are ready to help!
  • Promos & Sales
    • Who doesn’t love a good deal? We for sure do….and from time to time we like to pass on the savings! Just remember special offers cannot be combined or used towards gift cards, and we cannot apply discounts to previously purchased merchandise…some companies offer restrictions on discounts…we apologize now.
  • Is gift wrap an extra cost?
    • Presentation, Presentation, Presentation! We like a present that looks good, and YP believes it shouldn’t cost you any extra. If you would like your merchandise wrapped, just let us know. Make sure that you mark gift wrap as you select your items, but don’t worry if you forget just send us an email or give us a call…We are here to help!
  • What are the expected delivery times?
    • Our goal is to get your package out within three business days. If it’s in stock, it will ship within this time frame. However, some of our items are custom ordered and may take a few weeks to arrive. Please let us know if you have any questions about your shipment.
  • What about backorders?
    • We don’t like them, and we know you don’t either. With that said, sometimes it just happens. We completely understand if you want to cancel your backordered item, just let us know before the item ships and we will refund your money.
  • What is a special order?
    • Some items are especially ordered for you. They are noted in the description and are only able to be returned with a 25% restocking fee. We understand that some things just don’t work, but if it was made especially for you…it’s hard for us to sale a second time.  
  • What is a personalized order?
    • Ye Peddler is a southern company, and we love a southern monogram.       Please note that all personalized orders are nonreturnable. If you are using a three letter monogram, make sure that you list them in the order they will appear on your item.
  • What is a registry?
    • Gift Registry: For Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation, and Everyday!
      • If you love it, we encourage you to register! We want everyone to get the gifts they really want. Go for it, you deserve it! Just remember to let your loved ones know, and let me tell you…they will be soooo thankful!!!
    • Wedding Registry
      • Ye Peddler has been serving brides for the past 40 years, and it is our goal to help make your wedding registry the ultimate experience. You can definitely create your registry online, but we would love to give you the in store royal treatment. If you are going to be in the Columbia area, we recommend that you call & schedule a wedding registry appointment. We will work with you to create a personalized look for your new home together.     • How do I purchase off a Registry?
      • We make it easy to purchase a gift for your loved ones. Easily search our database using their first or last names. Our website will alert you that you are shopping off the registrant’s list. We do have several shipping items listed on the registry checkout: The registered couple or shower hostess will be contacted to pick up gifts at the shop if the Free Shower Delivery or Wedding Delivery option is clicked.  If you would like to pick up your personal gift to the couple, please click in store pickup.
  • Payment Options
Accepted Payment – Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, & Paypal.
Sales Tax – We are required to collect Sales Tax in the state of Tennessee

    Coupon Codes – Coupon Codes are fun, and they make shopping exciting. Please remember only one coupon code can be applied to an order. Make sure that you enter the coupon code at checkout, and please know that discounts do not apply to already reduced merchandise.

    Standard Shipping

    All items that are in-stock ship within 3 business. Most all of our products ship at a  $12.99 flat rate fee.  Items that are oversized or heavy will incur additional shipping costs.  If multiple breakable items are shipped together this will also increase the shipping cost.  In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Some items are custom ordered through our suppliers and will take additional time. We will notify you of expected ship times. You may decide if you want to cancel or change the order.     Free Shipping

    Several of our products feature free shipping (within the 48 contiguous states only). If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s).

    If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost.

    Drop ship items

    Our sweet little shop can only hold a limited amount of stock. Thankfully several of our vendors will drop ship directly to you. Drop ship items are shipped directly from our vendors and artists to your door. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding drop shipped items by contacting

    Shipping Surcharges

    Shipping surcharges may apply to certain oversized items or inventory that requires special packaging. We will contact you directly if surcharges apply to your order.


    Order Tracking

    Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been sent. The email will include the tracking number for reference. Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.
