Exceptional Customer Service: Create amazing and memorable experiences for wedding couples.
Manage Tabletop & Registry Displays - Ensure areas are set up correctly and are neat and clean at all times.
Gift Wrap - Make sure all wedding gifts are wrapped & picked up for events.
Manage Wedding Registry - Work with couples from registry to returns. Including purchasing, online registry, maintaining registry shelves, processing all wedding and shower orders.
Inventory Levels - Work with the purchasing office to make sure inventory is adequately maintained for registry products.
Marketing - Work with the marketing team on ideas to drive sales & encourage registries at YP Home.
Events - Create and manage registry events throughout the year including the bridal fair at The Factory.
*Hours/Days are typically 9-5:15 Monday, Thursday & Friday, and 1 Saturday per month. We are also open to a school schedule for mom's in this manager position. Hours would be 8:15-2:45pm.
