The Fall Table

Happy Sunday!

I don't know about you, but I'm ready to set our table with a little pumpkin spice.  Weirdly, at the Hughes home we always start the season's decorating with changing out our table settings.  I'm hoping to get it done this week and I'll definitely share some behind the scenes of getting it ready.  Our front porch also needs a little love for August, sadly she's still decorated for the 4th of July...LOL!!!

Here's a few tips of how I like to freshen up our table for fall.

1.  Start with a neutral place setting.

Currently I'm in love with Casafina's new Pacifica Vanilla Dinnerware.  It's warm, creamy, organic, super durable, and has GORGEOUS serving pieces

2. Add linens.  This is the easiest freshen up for your table for any season.

 3.  Add new salad plates.  Rather than buying an entire set of dinnerware.  Drop in seasonal salad plates.  They really make your table extra festive.

4. I love to mix metals throughout the house, and your table is a great place to start.  Adding leaves and feathers elevates this fall look.

Gatherings around the table are my most cherished times with friends and family.  Freshening it up for the season is a great way to celebrate and make your people feel extra special.

Have a wonderful & blessed week,

Rachel
