🎁 Is gift wrap free?

Always! We believe every gift should feel special—inside and out. Just select “gift wrap” at checkout or give us a call or email if you forget—we’ve got you covered.


🚗 Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! Choose FREE in-store pickup at checkout. We'll even run your order out to your car—just call us when you arrive. Shopping made easy!


🚚 What are your shipping and delivery times?

In-stock items ship within 3 business days at a flat rate of $14.99. Some custom or special order items may take longer—if there's a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.


⏳ What if an item is backordered?

We do our best to avoid backorders, but if it happens, we’ll let you know right away. You’re welcome to cancel before it ships for a full refund.


📩 What is a special order?

Special orders are items brought in just for you and are non-refundable. These items will be noted in the product description.


✍ What’s a personalized order?

We love a Southern monogram—but personalized items are non-returnable. Please double-check the spelling and letter order before submitting.


💍 What is a registry?

We offer registries for weddings, birthdays, graduations—any occasion worth celebrating! Register for the things you love, and let your people spoil you.


💒 Can I register for my wedding at Ye Peddler?

Yes! We’ve been helping brides for over 50 years, and we’d love to help you, too. You can start your registry online, or schedule an in-store appointment for the full VIP treatment by calling 931-388-8888.


🎉 How do I purchase from someone’s registry?

Just search by the registrant’s first or last name. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to select delivery or pickup options.
All wedding gifts are picked up by the couple after the wedding—unless you'd prefer to pick it up yourself. Just let us know!


🎟 What is a gift voucher?

If a registry item is out of stock or special ordered, we’ll create a gift voucher to represent the item. We send a card to the couple so they know what you selected, and they’ll redeem the item after the wedding.


💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal.


đŸ§Ÿ Do you charge sales tax?

Yes—we collect sales tax on orders shipped within Tennessee, as required by law.


🎟 Can I use a coupon code?

Yes! Just enter it at checkout. Only one coupon code may be used per order. Discounts don’t apply to sale items, gift cards, or previously purchased merchandise.


📬 What’s your standard shipping rate?

All in-stock items ship within 3 business days at a flat rate of $14.99. Oversized, breakable, or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. We’ll contact you before processing if any surcharges apply.


🏠 What are drop ship items?

Some items ship directly from our vendors or artists to your door. If you have questions about a drop ship item, reach out to us at sales@yepeddler.com.


📩 Will I receive tracking info?

Yes! As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking info. If your order ships in multiple boxes, you’ll receive a tracking number for each one.
