🟡 An Update on YP Perks

We want to share a quick update about our YP Perks Program. When we launched it a few years ago, our goal was to create a fun reward system for our loyal shoppers. But as time has gone on, we’ve realized that the app has caused more frustration than joy—for both our customers and our team.

• It doesn’t always work the way it should

• It’s confusing for many

• And it’s not delivering the kind of happy experience we want to offer

So, we’ve made the decision to retire the YP Perks Program as of July 1st.
