Captain Rodney's Boucaneer's Grape Jelly

You have asked of it and here it is. Our Boucaneer's Grape Jelly is a pantry staple, elevated. Only the best ingredients for a superior taste. This is the grape jelly we make for ourselves and now, we share it with you. For years, we have tweaked this recipe, experimenting with different grape juices and ratios to make the finest grape jelly possible. We start with Pure Cane Sugar and combine it with 100% Concord Grape Juice, from concentrate, for a smoother, richer flavor than direct pressed; then we add a hint of Lemon Juice to brighten the taste and bring out the underlying tartness of the grape. We slow cook this to intensify the flavor before mixing in all-natural fruit pectin to get just the right consistency. It is simple, it is pure, it is excellent. If there were a way to make it any better we would, but this is the pinnacle of this classic flavor. 

We suggest mixing our Grape Jelly with Captain Rodney's Southern Barbeque Sauce and smoked sausages or meatballs for a sweet and saucy decadent treat, as a glaze on smoked meat, spread it on toast to liven up your breakfast or add a layer to your lunchtime staple for the most amazing gourmet PB&J sandwich you will ever try.
